Is NOVA 2 worth the money?

I've been wondering if I should get it or not. Anybody else get it?

The first one had too many glitchers and people who manipulated the game coding to increase rate of fire, damage, and have invincibility. I did it too, but I didn't go online since my wifi wasn't so strong.
