Figured out...
A little trick.
If you go to BS forge and you click for example Basic 1H Blade you can see that you can buy it for free.
What happens after you buy it for free? You can't get anymore... so for recipes that use TWO of those you either have to do quests to get another one, loot it, or buy it from CS or another player.
BUT.
If you put the item in stash, then go back to BS forge and click it again it thinks you don't have it and you can re-get it for free as many times as you want as long as you keep hiding it in stash.
Don't know if the devs are aware of this, but ehh... take advantage while you can I guess?
