did you use a lv5 armour to craft it?
This has been noted in separate threads by myself and Snakes. I would assume it is a known issue, but not sure as to why it was not patched in the last update.

This specific recipe was actually the first one my team every saw.I was excited too...not so much, though. The 15's are all green, if it helps. This one lies!
