Taunt isn't even maxed in that... I can get the dodge to 30+ if I tried. LOL. Good Luck Landing Hell Scream with that

Tested it, it is proven. Although fishy, it is infinitely better then the old build. People could not land hell scream on me no matter what.

Hmm, so I so far I have tested it out on alterracub and twinkist. Who wants to try me now? I want to make sure that it truly is good and not just luck.
