Unlucky? They update their lineup yearly, depending on when each lineup was released. , If you google, you can find the best times to buy an apple device.

Oh!! "Us" as in MacHeads. LOL! So glad JustG replied to this. Got my first Mac in '84 and now my house is a Mac garden with the iMac controlling the media through the AppleTV, or baseball games on my iPad, or my wife's Weight Watcher app on her iTouch, while we each have our own iBooks. I have to use PCs at work, and my wife has to network them at her work. We both say every day how glad we are that Apple maintains strict control over their products. 27 years and not one computer virus between us.
