Free Plantium is not always working
I have ipod touch 2nd generation to play the game. It has no backgrounder. Even if it has, there is not enough memory to open 2 apps at the same time. So every time I try free plantium, the game app will quit. Then go to download page -> download -> open new app -> go back to game app.
Only about 1/4 chance I can get 1 free plantium, but every time the free app disappeared even if I got nothing from that. Is this a bug or something?
I'm not sure but it works 99/100 times for me
Heres what you can do.
1.) Open app and play it for a minute or two
2.) If you are used to deleting the app after you open it, leave it on your device for maybe the next day then delete it
3.) Relog to see if the plats change
yeah same problem for me but what i do i usually wait play the game and wait like one or two days before deleting if not i would suggest contacting support just a thought

i think this is something to do with tapjoy and the devs cant help.
When you open the app, you must at least begin to play it. You don't have to get into it, just somewhat click a few buttons. If this still doesn't help, try waiting a few hours/days. Otherwise, there may be some issues with tapjoy.
