[Bug] Slobber doesn't give 10% movement speed bonus

hello,

at first i thought it is just my feeling, but slobber really doesn't give you 10% movement speed as written in the happiness bonus spec

i tried running straight with a friend, he's using slobber, and i'm using grimm (both give 10% movement speed)
but apparently it is so obvious that i can move faster than him (who's using slobber) and i can easily run pas him in a straight line, even if i start later

if it is not intended, please fix it, also please buff slobber's damage to 12% if possible :P

slobber happiness bonus is said to give '10% speed', may i know what this 'speed' referring to? because it doesn't give any movement speed
