Contained in the Brood of Syrillax event announcement is a photo of Dragon Stalker/Hunter legendary set. Both sets were lootable from the icy and greater icy chests that were obtainable during the event. From the event announcement:

As many players have noted on the forums, the weapons pictured and mentioned in the text are conspicuously absent from both icy chests. STS has yet to comment on the absence of the weapons. Players are left wondering whether the exclusion of the weapons was intentional or not, and whether the weapons will yet make an appearance.
