What i do is going elite shuyal 2nd map and pull first 3 or 4 group of mobs with tentacles , it quite a big pull and use dagger proc and nox dot on mobs. kill them slowly, charge dagger and nox to max aoe and proc

Making it tradable would not be wise, you could stash them and continue to use after event. Nothing wrong with Extra's suggestion of using another plat based item that is tradable to purchase the Jewel elix though

Thank you for making the changes to where and what jewels drop in the higher tiered maps. That change makes jewel farming so much more fun!!

Your absolutely wrong, low damage give less drops. I'm dropping 12-20 jewels per run !!!
It's location and strategy for runs. I'll give you one good tip without giving up my complete secret for massive successful drop runs, Don't kill the boss at the end, he's a waste of time and your elixir !!!
Run the room and restart at end, DONT WASTE YOUR ELIXER TIME WITH THE BOSS !!!

This is the exact kind of selfish attitude that has ruined friendship and party play in this game. I bet you are one of those ppl who used to steal the crafting materials while ppl were fighting off mobs in crafting events like garetta rebuilding.

Hello Carapace,
You have recently talked about how arcane staff dmg was designed for party benefit & how new skill mastery was op in a pt play situation. What you should really be aware of is that there really isn't a lot of pt play in this game apart from a very few select op groups. The rest of the pt's are mostly made out of on the spot need because of maps like rengol elite not refreshing. These kind of pt's never run in the professional sense & everyone is doing their own things.
My point here is that weapons should never be designed with the view of party benefit but looked at as an individual benefit/buffs & designed accordingly.
I apologize if I have derailed this thread but it is an issue bugging me ever since carapace gave an explanation on the workings of the arcane staff.

This elix is good....15mins I got 31 cracked 7damaged finesse, something I'm happy to buy with plats at last lol

Mhhhh i have done 10 run with these elixir and got a total of 228 damaged finesse jewel (i have combined cracked into damaged)
So 3m4 with 80 plat
340k with 8 plat
Not bad

You should be getting upwards of 300+ gems per hour..

Use skills that do damage over time like nox or use storm shot, razor, (trap?)

This is with a rogue? ~350 average per hour on mage is normal but I thought that rogues had a harder time with it.
