Sorry... It's labeled as "Go To Store", and it brings up the Platinum Shop.

The first time I used the crafting kiosk (as a lv2 character with no money), I saw the "Go To Store" button and pressed it. I was a bit confused because I didn't find any recipes in the Platinum Shop. The text of the kiosk wasn't helpful either because it said, "Please have your schematic and all required components ready to craft." I was under the assumption that there was a vendor NPC somewhere that sold the recipes elsewhere. I wasn't about to ask, either. This belief... erm... embarrassingly continued because I made it a habit of storing my credits in my stash. It wasn't until later that it dawned on me to have enough credits.
