Nerf will be in rogue stat damage or skill damage ?
Any plans to bring rogue armor back?

We apply a global 50% nerf to all classes at end-game PvP. We'll scale this up from 10% at low-level. And no, Rogues are not getting their armor back. We're comfortable with the reasoning and balance there.

Just to clarify, if we open one chest, we will get a mythic weapon?

Mythic Weapons are not guaranteed from those chests. The Hero Chest, however, will always grant 1 of the 6 new vanity weapons.

Regarding to the nerf for twinks: will the nerf for heal be reduced aswell?

Yes, I believe they both start at 10% and scale to 50% at end game.

Buffing what elixirs by 5-10%?o_o

The elixirs that are granted from the Cryostar Crates.

Rogue had also damage nerf before in PvP. So our damage will be back but new nerf is apply so we will get more damage than before ?

Rogues had their original Damage Nerf removed a couple of weeks ago, then we applied a global damage nerf to all classes.

For twink levels, yes. You should see a 15% increase in damage if you had an arcane pet with damage modifier of 15%.

Are the recipes/weapons in all cryostar crates or just massives?

Is it just me or that system is pet combination ... It's cool and all with legendary pets , but can you imagine nekro+sns ? *_* rly hope we won't be able to mix arcane pets XD

Recipes and Weapons are in Massives, Arcane Shards are in Medium and Massive, and Elixirs are in all sizes.

Elite Runner Chests drop from all mobs in Elite levels. Bosses have a higher drop chance.

They do not permanently consume the eggs. More on this system later.
