[Suggestion] A feature to turn on/off proc

there are some case where we don't want planar pendant to push enemies out from well made groupings/pulls, there are also some cases where we don't want to gain aggro from dot, and there are many cases where we don't want deary ring to teleport enemies.

so, why don't we get a feature to turn on/off proc on the next client? + improvement of general game responsiveness, and also maybe a feature to turn on/off upgrades of skills we have learned/spec-ed

Proc is so Useful in many ways and yes it can be sometimes annoying but
I think we already don't need on/off button for proc and such features.
Other ppl might taunt others by not using their 'Procs' and many more reasons/cases
So for me : Nope/No/ I disagree.

I actually like the push back as a rogue. Sometimes I gain too much aggro, but I can see how it wouldn't be good as a tank. You may actually like the new Arcane Amulet! I personally prefer the Planar pendent any day over the poison.
