Skill Map

I haven't played long but i seem to have a problem getting any skills to be viewable for use unless i've assigned them to slot 2 (the right side) of the skill map.

But, the problem seems to have fixed itself when i logged in today :\
maybe it was a problem with my touch-screen or i was doing it wrong.

I am just not a fan of the new skill set interface... What was wrong with the pl one to warrant a change? It's just an extra click every so often... Wish all skills would just be up at once...

I made a thread about it in General. I should probably bring it here. Wasn't sure where to put suggestions at the time.
