Awakening?

Can u use elite awakening gems to unlock slots? I used 11 of them and still only have 1 slot open. Maybe there is a bug where it won't unlock, because I think 11 is a lot not to unlock at least 1 more slot for an arcane weapon...

Your best chance to unlock slots is with the elite awakening gems, it's a gamble how many times it takes.
I used around 25 to get all 4 open on my staff.

I used about 15 elite awakenings to open up 2 slots and then 5 bound awakenings to open up all 4, I believe it's just luck

Yes you can!! I unlocked all my slots opening 43! awakening gems

So far in my experience the elite awakening gems do not have any higher chance of opening up slots than the regular awakening gems. But they DO seem to get better re-rolls of the slots that are open.

To clarify, there is a numerically increased chance to get additional slots unlocked using the elite awakening gems. Sounds like you are a bit unlucky is all

These odds are especially apparent when it comes to Slot 3 and 4 opening up.

i think the slot opening mechanism need a rework, 2nd slot should be easier to open than 3rd, and 3rd should be easier to open than 4th

and yes, will be great if we can hold our enhancement, else weapon's price maximum potential price will be too absurd, and hence, absurd gap between players
