Archer Demonic Glyph Set: How much craft items do you need?

I thought it would be useful as a reference on how much crafting materials you need to make the demonic set -- I constantly go to the forger to see how much I need, and I don't really want to craft any of the gear until I have all components (as it breaks your bonus if you have mismatched gear). I will only list crafting items, so I hope you find this useful (For total basic components, skip to bottom):
