I alrdy have my badge after I upgrade my 2015 brood badge..It just cost me 2hour to upgrade it to new badge..it dont cost you some gold or token..

Well, the recipe is already on crafting station
You just get the Brood badge from stash(if you have it)
And the recipe will appear ( in crafting station )
I think it's bug so do it xD
It takes 1hour
