Para leather fiber is tradeable? but not Plate or cloth?

New vanity helmet available for sale in the Platinum store: "Omnipotent Crown of Dreams!"
Para Aramid Leather Fiber is now tradable and stashable.
You can no longer join friends in the tutorial.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that before the update the leather fiber was the only one of the three that was not tradable. Now all of them are.

Well I know you can put Para Aramid crafting items in Consignment Shop and sell them but I'm not sure about trades.
