Nobody owns the rights to the public domain music, and the creative commons music is meant specifically for people to use the music for free in their content but with the right credits, or without credits, according to license for that piece of music
plz tell us we can if we can send you the source of the music so sts can confirm that it is creative commons or public domain music
edit : Ok I get it now, if you use cc stuff you have to redistribute the video with the same license, maybe thats why thats not allowed, not using vo tho, but using in-game music, the file is rendering lol posting it soon.

Hey guys I'm using my voice on my video. I think simplicity sometimes is better than the wow factor. I could see using music for pvp videos and just playing around videos, but in guides I think a voice is actually better as the player doesn't seem lost when being explained too.
