When you finish the boss sometimes it shows 1 mob left and does not reward the loot for completing the dungeon. Happened twice last night and twice today back to back. Even going back looking for this sole mob he is no where. please fix.

Same happened to me for the first time last night. Either the new update did something or the high dmg group we had was tipping the scale.
Guessing the bug might of crept in while being updated as this happening in SY2 below link,

I've seen this occasionally in testing. It's caused by having really, really good damage output as a group. So we're going to nerf you all. Nobody beats the Mysterious Figure!
I'm kidding of course! We'll tweak the fight so this doesn't occur. In the meantime try to see it as a badge of honor =) As a workaround you can try easing off on the DPS when the boss is about to escape.

It also happens if you push the boss too far out of room and then comes back in. You will get no drop.
