You just enter chrome:flags in the address bar of the browser. If you do it this way though, it's quite possible you'll run into crashes or things that don't look right, since you're allowing chrome to use a driver that google has determined doesn't work correctly with chrome. If it's supported hardware, you should really just use a supported driver as well.
