[possible issue] heroic pets' critical damage doesn't deal 150% damage

my heroic vlad deals 2000-2500 damage per hit to elite brackenridge mobs, but somehow the critical damage only deals 2300-2800 damage (weird, only 1.1x damage for each critical)

i compare it to my nekro, it can easily deal 2000 damage on critical while most of the attacks deal around 1400 damage (close to 1.5x for each critical)
