dragon blade and toxy losing effectiveness

many can concur that dragon blades (and toxy's aa) were able to shock/paralyze strong enemies in mausoleum, e.g. mid-sized shielded skeleton, very-large-sized orcish skeleton, and undead rogues (archer/blades), but these mobs are immune to the effect post after the latest client update

you can try hitting these types of mobs with dragonblade's charged attack, and i bet it won't shock/paralyze the enemy, while normal enemies can be easily shocked (with electric animation)
