    Default Spacetime Studios support

    I just want to say how great I think the support is. I wish my phone, internet, and cable services were as good as these guys. Thank you for your prompt responses and polite solutions. Happy holidays.

    I agree 110%. I have only ever emailed support twice and both times they have solved my problem within a day or two. Heck, last time they even gave me a free Cousin Mose for my troubles.

    I also agree 200%. There is very little customer service this good anywhere. We are lucky.

    I left a Dell Laptop in my bag, in sleep mode on the plane. Dumb thing doesn't know that it still needs to use its fan. Upon landing in Vancouver, where we were going to be for a month, it was dead. Talking to Dell tech support... I'd rather talk to their automated service than someone there.
