I think so. If you upload your sig to photobucket, you can change the shape using cropping. There are a few cropping apps on idevices you could use, some free.

you can use gimp or photoshop to create the sig and as for uploading i prefer to use photobucket.com.

steps

1) upload the picture to photobucket.com ( you need an account there )
2) copy and paste the IMG code( its given to you when you upload it )

Since I believe the main issue with using the copyrighted images is because of the plat prize (selling copyrighted images), if we don't want a prize and just want to win the contest for pride or whatnot, can we do so? I don't care if I get a plat prize, my team and I just don't like submitting work that's, shall I say, 'half complete.'

I decided to take what you wrote down and do sort of a "all about you sig".
The paw on the left of each sig represents your love for animals.

For the Irish part in you.

For the Japanese part in you.

Just an extra (I had no idea what to do so I just made a wolf theme.)

No copyrighted images here! And all made from scratch
(I don't have anything against free sig makers just to be clear) I just like creating things my self.

well thanks for the encouragement, but it took me 3 hours to make my current sig (please nobody laugh at me). I'm baaaaaaad when it come to technology, lol. i bow out gracefully, but look forward to seeing what else pops up here
