(Your hit) - (Opponent dodge)= Real chance to land an attack

100% - 23% = 77% chance to land your hit

If you're talking about whether you will be able to hit the mobs while dodging their attacks, I say, of course!

Was gonna say that. 100% hit is only 100% if the opponent has 0% dodge.

It definitely impacts how many times your skills/auto-attack actually land. But since dodge and hit are 2 different rolls (system will first check: did I hit yes/no, then did the my opponent dodge: yes/no), dodge doesn't actually change anything directly about hit%. If that makes any sense
