Excellent Idea.. it could even be like a branch off of Blackstar like the Guildhall previews. I only wonder though since it would be a new area and people would be chilling in there not merching, how would you ensure only merchants use it? It would need an auction terminal as well.

It wouldn't be enforced "merchants only" simply implied that if you go to this area, prepare to be spammed with sales. If you need to make a sale or buy an item, then this is the place to go. People there who aren't there for sales will have to deal with it or go to another world.
