3 Black holos
when event finished i went to purchase black holo, and i purchased my gold didn’t change, and i didn’t receive the item. So I purchased again still nothing happened and then again finally -7.5m i received 3 it turned out i was just lagging and now i’m annoyed that i have 2 holos that i don’t need lol.. and lost 5m

Umm.. thats terrible but not sure STS will do anything to help you out unfortunately.
Probably should have made sure your connection was good and only carried enough gold for one instead of enough gold to get multiple.
In hindsight, be happy it's only 3 and you didn't go all button mashing crazy after the first one "failed". I don't know how rich you are in game but 5m isn't all that much gold in today PL economy. I'm fairly certain that you should be able to bounce back.

Nah 5m doesn’t affect me 😂 just think they should be liquidated for full price after a certain amount of time within buying it just incase it happens to others lol
