Imagine war kept 500k dmg from previous procs and stacked that with 1000% dmg lvl81 proc again. Just an example.

Don't forget that war had 400k damage with 2 arcane 76 weapons, 76 arcane armor, and x6 STR ult
and mage can get 330K with just 2 of them. imagine if you could combine it with skratch staff
