Join a guild or make my own?

So I just recently left Phoenix because of some personal reasons and I can't really decide if I want to join a guild or make my own..

Like if I join a guild, I'm worried about my reputation because of what people think of that guild. BUT joining a guild means I get to meet new people, which I love doing <3.

AND if I make my own guild I have to slowly build it up, take responsibility of being a GM. But I know I can be a pretty good GM, but that's what I think. & I seriously have everything planned out.. With the rules (simple basic ones) and having the guild nice and homie like .

OR should I just be a loner and keep it simple

So what do you guys think? Because I'm really bad at picking between two things lol. I'm like those "I don't care" kind of person lol.

Join a guild n make new frnds

It could depend on what your reasons for leaving the other guild were.
You don't want to join another guild you might end up leaving for the same reasons.

There's nothing wrong with being guildless either, as it gives you the opportunity to meet lots of new players instead of always hanging with the same group.

And starting your own homey guild from the ground up is a great way to make new friends and get to know players on a higher level.

That probably doesn't make your decision any easier, but it's something to think about.

Totally join! It would help you pass on your knowledge and game experiences throughout SL to your guildies, and help many people out, plus you get an even bigger family!

You're a well-known player, that has its advantages, I'd say make your own, but that's at the risk of many players defecting to join your side, but joining a guild also has its risk too, just figure out which is bigger

Hmm well it's hard to pick out of a lot of great guilds.. & I personally don't do guild jumping lol. & I prefer to have all my characters within one guild (I have 6 capped characters atm). I'm probably going to stay as a loner until I really have decided what I really want. I really appreciate for you guys post, it really got me thinking. Thanks!

Man.. That's tough, right? I've been guildless for weeks because I want to join a guild where I can contribute and feel like a part of the group, and even the really good guilds don't seem all that active. At least not the good kind of active (I don't consider filling the chat window with requests for money and items and stuff like that the "good kind"). I wish I could just put all the forum regulars in one big awesome guild, because I rarely see you guys in game and you are all leaps and bounds cooler than the majority of people I come across.

The Guild Thread is going to have completely new first post and EBS will now be doing more for the Star Legend community than ever before all thanks to Ark :-)
