I think the elite staff proc changed... correct me if i am wrong. Technoemail was in town firing the staff and a pool of water was formed.

I believe the pool of water gives the insta heal and then the dragon gives over time healing.

Great guide, just like guide for Humania Pinks! But can I ask if it's still up to date? I mean, still no set bonuses from Blacksmoke gear? Because I am 70 right now, it's gonna be long way to 75, so am seriously thinking about buying crafted Humania set.
