Str/int or Str/dex bear need help please!

Hey guys I have been seeing that enchantress gear and I noticed that they have high CRIT. If I do a dual-spec with both STR and INT will it be a good idea to do that? Its for PVE and I want to see if it would be stronger than STR/DEX. Thanks for reading this and all posts are appreciated!

I still wanna be able to tank and do massive damage but I'm wondering if i do str int. With str I get hp dodge and all that good stuff while I wear enchantress gear with the crits. I'm looking to do the best damage in aoe(crowd control). I don't care much about bosses.

Str/int is for bears that wanna have fun. Str/dex is for bears that want to "succeed". But everything 51+ is about skill. Anything below that is just forgo bows. Nuff said
