No.

what is with the guaranteed loot for crates?

Same as the previous 2 events: one piece of Level 86 Mythic "Star Beast" Gear and a badge, but the badge is unique. I've updated the original post with this information.

It says tokens loot at ur level or above. Does above my level give me better or more token drops?

No, it just allows the tokens to drop.

Ok so the new daggs give buff according to how much cosmic damage we have, but isn't kraken bow's 100% damage + 50% boss damage already better than it? What's the point of new daggers... Atleast make it better than old arcanes..

The weapons aren't necessarily meant to be better than the existing Arcanes, they're meant to give variety.

Will these rusks "replace" blood staff, daggers and shield, or are they just an addition to them(which mean blood staff, daggers and shield are still coming)?

All of the other Blood Star weapon types will eventually be released.

I hope you make the aura to affect the entire set because right now it seems like there is no shine on the head.

It doesn't include the head (only the armor). It also doesn't wrap every armor perfectly, but we're ok with that.

Can you make Rusk gun into a vanity and put in token store ?

Is it possible to make these auras into Wisps instead? That would be awesome and I think everyone will love as well!

can you please make the boss damage stats from weapon to non-boss damage? coz its all mainly for mobs clearing
