Because of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) the age limit for these forums and the games themselves (because of the chat function) is 13 years old.

Well, with the exception of DL, he doesn't play DL, I strictly told him not to. But I'm pretty sure he can play all other sts games. Just not on forums.
