I once got a reply in 1 week other time got a reply in 48 hours.. Depends if they are busy... OR NOT.
My record: 3 weeks later or simply never.
But the real time is more likely a week.
Im waiting on 2 , one was from day of release of new cap other was 3-4 days before release of new cap, they still say NEW....grr
