You can't buy it in game right away. You would need an apple platform such as an Ipod, or some other electoric with Itunes in which can also run your Arcane Legends app. Then, deposit the cash from your card on the itunes, open up arcane, and when buying a platinum option, it should use up your itunes credits right away.
