mailed them twice still nothing happens.. mine also was disable

During the weekend they won't reply, but expect a reply on Monday or Tuesday.

Are there any rules on how to behave when transferring stuff between accounts? From what I understood from some posts is that when I transfer stuff from account to account I might get banned - is that true and why would it be so?

The way people are scammed is they steal an account and then transfer all the items and gold to another account (their own account usually). The system will trigger if the trade is completely one sided.

Here's a suggestion that may beat the system..... When transferring large amounts of gold, try putting a few junk items in the trade going the other way so it looks like a purchase. I'm pretty sure that will fool the system.

But a better way is to just not have 2 accounts. If you want an extra toon, then make an extra in the same account and then just use the stash to transfer items or gold. It only costs about 10-20 cents worth of plat to make an extra toon. Not a huge fortune or anything, and can be free with all of the free plat offers out there.
