I got my build from Urqui:

Max out Transference, Leech and Decay first. All other of a matter of time.
Rev of course only 1
Force (Mana) Shield at the beginning only 1, too because it's pretty useless in SL
Protection is a party buff so I'd max it out late. You will have 2 extra points at lvl 50 so you can spend it on MS.
I have all skills except MS in my map, since there's no combo you can map it like you want.
Skills that you don't need / which are useless like meditation for birds: Suppression and Sonic Boom.
I'm not sure about the sets - I think they're called Tek'Graval and the weapon just which you like - Napalm is the best but it is like ESB - super rare and super expensive.
