Level 23 is good and semi popular! I like level 23 cause you have enough stat points to make yourself unique and more strategic also level 23 will give you an advantage over level 22 and 21 but most people dont twink at 24 cause they might be fighting level 26 players!
Trust me..level 1 is nice..more drama n fun!!

i twink at lvl 24. actually it is only by accident, i want to stay on lvl 23 but it happened. lol
btw, i enjoy lvl 24 coz i have good advantage over lvl 23 and i feel good when i defeat some lvl 26 players, and i have an excuse if i lost to lvl 26.

twink at 10, 15, or 21-23
I've twinked at 3,5,7,8,10,13,16,26. lvl 3, 5, 7, 8, and 10 is best if you wanna kill lots of noobs for a high kill count, but if you wanna fight for a challenge, and not worrying about your kdr, lvl 13+ would be a good choice for you. As for the popularity, generally the higher the level, the more twinks there are. When i twunk at level 3, i was waiting 10 minutes at a time for another person to enter the room. On my level 36, (although not a twink) i'd enter a room, and it would be almost full and when someone leaves, another person comes on moments later. But what i have experienced, the popular pvp brackets are: 6-12, 13-18, 21-23, 24-28, 35-36.

Lots of maxed out twinks, who can offer you a fun challenge. There are exciting guild-wars, alliances and players at this level, who love doing 1 vs 1 matches too. Besides, the team matchmaking is good.
I have a 12 main twink and keep a lvl 14 backup for those occasional bullies.

6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 16, 18, 21 are all good ranges of pvp just depends on which guild the toon lands in
Anyone who says "nothing happens in level 8". I would like to ask if you have even tried it before.
At this point in time we have a war almost every pvp room. It really is a fun level to be at. Ive tried level 26 pvp and its fun but gave that up for my 8 mainly due to all the wars/dramas we have.
Also if this persuades anyone to experience level 8 pm my ign @ harmonybow and ill arrange a test to see if you meet the standards of recruitment into <Elite Twinks>

Btw extra q: what is the level when you can start killing rly fast? When i watch l10-12 pvp videos it looks so boring. Fights last forever... and 21 looks totally different. Am i right that there fights are a lot faster and u need rly fast reactions expecially in rogue vs rogue fights if both are skilled. And vs nubs you can just launch ur combo and nuke dem
Considering the videos you probably watched were L8 5v5s, it does take longer. Those are full of warriors and rogues, sometimes a mage or two. It really is alot better at 21, but of course 5v5s are going to take a bit longer. L8 fights aren't really that long, depending on the class. L21 is probably my favorite level though, considering every class has a chance. Even if you want to be a sorcerer, they have a really good chance at L21. I've tried L7/L8 warrior, and to me, its absolutely boring. No guild wars in the week that I was in ET, and all my KD came from was nubs. NO ONE wanted to fight me, because "it wouldn't be worth it." Go with whatever you want, but I'd say 18-21 is much better than 7-10.
