I have a question about darkened rifle of brutality (L36), it says that it stuns upon impact. Is this a charged, or normal attack? Also does rifles also hit 3 enemies at a time like how staff works?

I have a question about darkened rifle of brutality (L36), it says that it stuns upon impact. Is this a charged, or normal attack? Also does rifles also hit 3 enemies at a time like how staff works?
Staff is aoe (area of efect)hits up to 3 I guess, but is not auto aimed and range is a lil lower
Ruffle is auto aiming but hits just one target. All buffs from guns are charged shots, staffs buff not

stun on impact means that when the enemy you attack procs the buff on that gun, it will get stunned. stun with charging weapon works on all weapons, not only guns.
So it STUNS WITH UNCHARGED, normal attack?
yea, as long as the attack procs the buff, the target of that attack gets stunned.
