This is what I use on my bear...
Gear: Helmet, talon, and shield is from level 20 archer 4-pack, level 15 artisans or expert armor, and level 20 magicians fine platinum band, and a sumbrerro vanity hat. I also use a level 19 purple fbow for tank mages and rhinos. I'd use a level 20 pink one but I'm cheap.
Build: 6 rage, 1 iron blood, 6 hell scream, 3 stomp, 1 super mega slash, 1 vengeful slash, 1 crippling slash.

Use mecha bear face, gives 2 hit % which is the most important stat in low lvl bears. For gear, use the bird plat pack helm, l15 artisans leather, and lvl 20 pink forgotten bow. for build, use: 6 rage, 6 hellscream, 4 stomp, 1 sms, and 2 crushing blow
