I'd say 10 because there isn't as much 10s so you won't be fighting top geared players.
Ty doe i also dont wanna fight with new ungeared players. Maybe a challenge would be nice like 12 but idk do u have a build for L10

A classic Level 15 build would be 6 Rage, 6 Stomp, 1 SMS, 1 VS.
