Can i make a suggestion. For people recruiting, Before you invite someone to the guild you should go through some of there forum posts to see if they are "semi" mature. (Other requirements)
This could save us from what happened with the other guild.
Or better yet on your forums Jespo you could make an application thread and have people submit there application there saying why they want to join and when there normally on etc. Then your recruiters and you could say yes or no to the applicant.
It would make the progress more organized.
