Its everywhere lol. Whenever you die, there is a probablity for your banner to leave a mark on the ground.

Actually I thought tit was a bug too Rav, but it appears that they are randomly placed in the maps as event decorations. It's cute. There's 2 in KT4.

I saw 2 in CTF too which definitely weren't there before the clash! Think its a bug..

EDIT: the mage orbital staff also leaves the orbital part of the staff back on the ground if you die. So did the nordr jewel from s4 (not sure if the l40 does it)

Ive noticed randomly happening from dying or warping out of the area. Could be wrong. Itll just be awkward to see lots of mom banners dropping even after the event.
