You need to stop changing the rules, and pick what YOU want this tournament to be like. I organized my team prior to all of these bipolar changes you've made, and I'm getting a bit tired going back to revise it. I say stick with the original rules.

Gear is balanced, meaning this tournament is basically build-based + the organization of the team. It'd be hard to team with no clue of your partner's capabilities/knowledge. However, if the decision is unanimous to choose our teams, my team will be:

ArtPlayKyle (31, Mage, Shivering Set(Might change to Brain Freeze Set, will give the outcome before the tournament if teams are pickable.))

Alright so I will follow the majority. I am taking out winterfest items, only ssc allowed for 25-27 tournament, no halloween, no plat items. Also, for 30-31 no winterfest like stated and no swamps and no halloweens also. And alright fine, same classes allowed for each team. No more fixes? Tell me some stuff to change. Make sure to pay wrathfulmage 40k if you want to participate.

See I'd agree with your statement on the first quote, however the second was of your bringing up. Don't say "LAST FIX" if you are unsure of what you want this tourney's class specification to be.
