It poisons and it heals the person closest to the pet the total damage dealt after. Haven't seen it in action yet, but I imagine it would infect with poison, and then after it's done, it'll have a green target crosshair on the closest target and give back like 1000-2000hp? The tank would most likely receive the benefits everytime. It is pretty much like a delayed unshielded HOR.

quick answer, samael can't be killed as he's already dead! In a 1v1 I think whoever kills faster would render a HP return useless.
