This pet is for people who can spend a lot money for this pet... I bet if a dedicated player with lack of plats getting this pet.... It's not for everyone.. Stop pulling our legs AL ... Less fortunate players can't have this pet... I can do an unlirun... but not biting this one... And it's my choice to stop running... And again this event is not for everyone.... Yes I agree... 1weeks is good enough / arcane just wanted to raise their profit up that's why its 3weeks/ to many ppl are getting the pets and its pretty much 100gold in auction now...

I was shocked that theres no time limits from portal runs but i see some reasons why they shouldnt apply it. Since you are planning to be in LB, you shouldve expected that theres a bunch of money to be wasted from it, the reward is an arcane egg, a lot of players are interested with it and the competition is always on its hottest mood. Some of my friends slept 3-4 hours only for them to maintain their rank, see how competitive it is?
Also, you should need to consider that it wasn't just you who got the same problem, most likely everyone who didn't reach top 10 and spent money to make an attempt, its risky, indeed, but it was your choice to compete, nothing to blame or point at someones fault

Who said I'm not participating either? I've got 3 toons all on silver tier as a F2P player. I'm enjoying it and simply trying to get to gold tier.
I bet people here who relied for this message is not participating the event that's why they know the cost ... That's why it's ok to say "don't complain" and " cool regardless of the price" tell me your IGN I bet it doesn't exist on the event board...

Im not against or blaming someone here... I got 2 arcane pet whim and glacian .. Every now and then AL releases better arcane pet than the other.... So is it worth it to spend on this one? then after a month or two AL will release better than shady and surge I bet.. Money will talk in this kind of event... Fighting the leaderboard always risk. You decide how much you spend money and how much gold. It's like a casino, you may be left with nothing. You must be aware of that, U not play with bots STS, only with the real players who dictate the terms. Spending money or gold, you gain a greater quantity tokens. You can not say that you have nothing in comparison to the player, who plays for free. You buy more items for tokens and sell for gold. Also this post is redundant. There is a line between intelligence and idiocy by the game. Real life or cyberlife ur choose. Just it.

If you're spending money, you're doing it wrong.
The top prize isn't for everyone. I'm sick of seeing whenever sts has a COMPETITION, people who can't compete complain because they want EVERYONE to have the same chance at winning. Sorry, but that is called a raffle.
SnS is a super rare prize, only achievable at end game. Thus, it only makes sense that super elite players are the ones able to realisticly get it. Not some guy who thinks arcane hooks are expensive.
To win SnS, you're going to need to have LOTS of gold to spend to win.
Now...what IS platinum? Platinum is a way for a newer player to speed up the process of getting far into the game by spending money. That's it.
So to skip to having top notch gear AND a spare 30-50m gold...you're looking at spending A LOT on platinum to get there.
So, if you don't have the gold to compete, you can CHOOSE to spend money and try. That's your choice.
ALTERNATIVELY, you can CHOOSE to actually take advantage of the event, which can yield you a HUGE amount of gold. You could then take that huge amount of gold and begin merching and find yourself with a great amount of wealth.
And, since you don't mind using platinum, you could've actually only used a couple hundred platinum and made INSANE gold profits (over 10mil) during the first day of the event.
And then...then you would be able to compete in the next event, without having to ever spend a single dollar.
Tl;dr: learn how to manage your money--both in real life and in a game.

Of course it is...But it's like giving you 1 option to choose... You can't get that twins by spending your loot golds... Or maybe your one of those intelligent players you said..ALT Toons to get a dovabear in a gold tier... By the way your right... FYI not bragging my 2 toons just to be see thru here .... Both of my toons have a complete mythic and arcane weapons and pets... And still I'm complaining.... Only in this event... I'm not that bigmouth that every event has complains.... Just on this one... This is too much... You can do the math ... Yeah yeah it's a choice like most of the players said ... But STS is not giving a good choice to compete .. You can do it for a week ... Not this long....this event is clearly plats sucking event for those you called super elite players.. Ask them... The super elite players can play the event with zero platinum used.
Having mythic and arcane items makes you middle class.
There are many players who are annoyed by being able to hold 'only' 100,000,000 gold in their inventory. Yes...only 100mil. These players do not need to spend a bit of platinum, as they can afford to buy all the energy kits they need (and later recover costs selling items gained through the event).
But I do agree with you that it is such a huge time waste to spend 3 weeks playing a ton just for one pet.
Honestly, you could probably make a close amount of gold in the event to what SnS will cost...and it'd be A LOT more fun and relaxed than running these bosses over and over.

Finally you got my point... It's not about plats and golds.... It's about the time you will waste just for one pet....for one pet.. For god sake...Consider the health of these good players... I hope this is the last time AL will make a 3 weeks event... People won't sleep coz you give them no choice to compete knowing SnS way better than the others ... Or just give a certain schedule next time... For example 12pm to 12am event is open... So they can have enough time to energize... "STS don't care... Coz Plats everywhere"... Plats sucking event tho....

Facing a lot of problems about this event this should be fixed....3 weeks ? Since there is a lot of Arabs there is Ramadan now and many ppl fasten and wasn't expecting this and like that I suggest to fix it ppl suffering about this event hope it get fixed soon thank you
