If you relog it goes away.

Sorry for the issue with the Allies. Can you tell us the steps you took to get to Klaas when you saw that? Which button specifically did you use? Did you run up to him or use one of the teleports?

both actually, one time i logged in and clicked on klaas teleport and the whole screen had this invisible window

But no big deal,just logged in again and it's fine... Ty Anarchist

What device are you playing on and what OS? We are not able to reproduce the issue here

yeah. this invisible window also pops sometimes even un CHROME.

also,
when u hit any of ally AND those ally are on CD, the screen get little bit blurred and can't tap on anything except,
go to task manager and force stopping it then log in again.

I've ran into this minor glitch on both Chrome and Android.

A full-proof and simple fix for this is to change town and go back.

ahahahha i have same problem but was resolved with get out of traveler and join again in same map
