Sts do unfair thinks to me, why i cant get my plat and crate back, i have use real money to buy plat and that not back when other player have their mine back, what u do sts?

Got my plats back and about 400 extra plats added. Did not get my locked crates (over 150)

Anyways... spent all the plats on locked crates I bought in AC and still no arcane or mythic.
Still fake double odds. IMO

When I logged In, I noticed I have 2000 plat in my inventory. Did not know about this thread then. So I bought alot of locked crates in AC and maybe take advantage of the "glitch" but did not loot any mythic or arcane. I guess karma got me. LoL

I m only the one player have not refund,
all player in arcane legend have a refund platinum and crate expect me, why sts dont care about me, i have spend alot of real money but sts make me cry.
Please answer my with better solution dont keep calm sts......!!!!

Check your STASH ... not your inventory .... for example visit sophia in expedition camp ...

I have send email to spacetime suport, but they do nothing.
I have coment at all new post here in forum, and have no one reply, i just not understand why just me have this problem, why not all players and go fair update..
They know plat price is high in my country and not bring me back..
I know Sts dont care about me now..
But where i go to do a protest..

1. Is your stash full?
2. When exactly did you open your crates?

I have 101 free space in my stash..
I open lock in 5+ hour before they update to fix and refund the plat and crate.
I have 2 friend that open lock same time with me and they get the refund..
I still online here in forum before and after they do update and i ask how to get a refund and return plat and crate.
Then i loggin to game and get nothing

Did you open normal locked crates or Elondrian locked crates?
