Your only argument against them having a cap ring is that they hadn't capped, but in this case they have

They lost their chance if they stay at 56, because you need to be 76-77 for the plat ring that is being suggested. If what your saying is that they should get a ring for capping at 56 and not capping anymore answer is still no. They capped once, not twice, nor thrice, but once.

they should be able to, just because not many have the chance doesnt mean their act of patiently waiting for these new plat rings to be released should be in vain

These rings are called elite for a reason. They are here for the people that truly devote time into this game. If people didn't level up in time, that isn't our fault. People that used to talk down on others with 2pc and 3pc at 76 cap...are now talking down on the 3pc'ers at 77. Sts gave you almost 2 years to reach 76..and they didn't even discontinue 76...now everyone has a chance to get a 2pc.

Keep in mind that I never capped at 56 or 61, my first cap was 66 and then 76. So I played ringless for 3 years.

Another classes have got chance to get 3pc, but not rhino and fox. its it bad to em to get chance received chance to get 3pc somedays?

i will use double equip stash where u unequip stuff through the guild hall stash then reequip and leave guild hall

also u could just beable to craft it from the vanities but would cost the items
but ring would be worth it: 150 hp 15% hit 5 crit, 5 h/s, 5 m/s, 25 dmg, 35 armor
