They added new tier to event. "platinum tier". I don't know why I'm felling like we gonna need a lot of "platinum" to reach it.

Updated my "status" to getting knoe enigmatic. In private group go to read it

My warr build:

5/5 in HoR Jugg and VB
4/5 in Axe Throw (all except stun)
3/5 in CS(leave both midle ones unmarked)
4/5 in Windmil (all except last one)

5/5 in Armor and Strenght
4/5 in Dex

On hard elite maps my skill set is HoR, Jugg, Windmil and CS, that way I can keep aggro
On bosses, depending on the boss, I switch Jugg for VB and Windmill for Axe Throw(Axe Throw has great debuffs)

But I cant garantee you its the best build for you or if even its a good build.
Its just the one I like more.
